As Vice President of ESP, I would like to take this time to give you my opinion and thoughts on how and why we operate our business the way we do!
My motto is : "The customer comes first". It is my goal to make sure each and every individual is taken care of and their needs are met. I do my best to go over and beyond to satisfy the needs of each one of our customers. I feel this is where myself and ESP stands apart from any other computer, printer, network, or service company.
ESP strives to provide the latest technology to the area. I have an old saying.."If I don't know, I'll figure it out" this keeps our business more open to new technologies!
Since I have become the sales manager, I have opened our business to the time clock world, all the way to pizza ovens! We will give a shot at working on any equipment to better serve our customers.
I also have broadened our business by now offering Managed Services and Managed Print Services to our customers which allows us to remotely manage our customers network and locate problems before they even arise, auto-ship toners and receive printer alerts before the customer can tell us there is a problem!
