As founder and owner of ESP , LLC,  I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our web site.

After thirty years of experience working in the technical services division of several companies in the piedmont area of North Carolina, such as NCR, Decision Data, and Rodan Inc. , I decided to establish a printer / computer service company addressing, first and foremost, the hardware service needs of businesses in the area while at the same time saving our customers the headaches of high cost service and impersonal response by the “Big Guys”.

ESP understands that when you have a service need in your business, you want to talk to a person who understand your needs and communicates well with you to address your problems timely and without the need to go through a vast network of options on a phone system or wait for a call back that may or may not come today or tomorrow.   Our policy is to close the call the same day if at all possible and this is usually the case for most service calls.

ESP continues to work closely with vendors such as Lexmark and Symbol Technologies to build a wide array of print and data collection equipment that will meet the needs of many of your Industry’s data requirements for the foreseeable future.  Remember, ESP doesn’t just provide the product but also installs, helps setup, train and provide support over the life of the equipment.  You will only have  one number to call to start the process of solving your hardware issues in a timely fashion in order for you to return to “your business at hand” whether it  be a service call or hardware need.

Over the past ten years we have achieved and continue to achieve these and other goals with a very satisfied customer base of businesses in the manufacturing, government, and health care industry.

The business philosophy I developed over the past thirty plus years “take care of the customer no matter what”  was the standard I strived for when I began my company in August 1998   and that will continue .

Please feel free to call our office at any time to discuss with Joe or myself how ESP will be able to solve your needs in the future and free you from the worry of service down time.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Roger Elliott

CRN Names Lexmark MFPs, Color Laser printers to top five Channel Best-sellers Lists

5-10-2007

CRN, a leading channel publication, recently recognized Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) multifunction products (MFPs) and color laser printers among the top five best-selling brands in the channel..

Lexmark was the top-growth best-seller in the MFP segment, according to The NPD Group, a market-research firm that partnered with CRN to determine the Channel Best-Sellers list. CRN said Lexmark's MFPs gained more market share than any other company's MFPs in the top five.

Lexmark's MFP lineup ranges from the Lexmark X342n for small businesses and workgroups, featuring fast speeds up to 27 pages per minute (ppm) for just $399*, up to the Lexmark X854e, which features a large, 8-inch vivid color touchscreen interface that can be customized to simplify the most complicated business processes at the touch of an icon. It offers fast performance up to 55 ppm and extensive paper handling capabilities, including wide-format support for large, enterprise workgroups for an estimated street price of $16,999*.

"A lot of the features Lexmark has added to their MFPs, such as security features, PDF-thumb-drive functionality…have probably been the big reasons it's done well," Joe Elliott, sales manager at Elliott Services and Peripherals, a Conover, N.C., solution provider that partners with Lexmark, told CRN. "Lexmark has made it easier and more sales-rep friendly, and given us more incentives to sell Lexmark."

Lexmark offers numerous incentives to solution providers and value-added resellers through Profits in Printing, which provides rebate programs and other margin-enhancement offerings to loyal Lexmark partners.

CRN also recognized Lexmark among the top five best-sellers in the color laser printer market.

Lexmark's color laser printer lineup begins with the C500n, an affordable network-ready printer featuring speeds up to 31 ppm in monochrome and 8 ppm in color for just $349*, up to the new Lexmark C935dn color laser printer family for customers who need more advanced functionality for prices starting at $3,199*. The Lexmark C935dn features fast print speeds up to 40 ppm in color and 45 ppm in monochrome, as well as A3 ledger or tabloid printing capabilities and finishing options such as stapling, hole-punch and booklets. It also comes equipped with standard two-sided printing to help customers reduce paper usage and conserve resources.

"We are committed to developing high-quality, high-value products, solutions and service offerings that help our channel partners add more value to their customers and more profit to their business," said Paul Rooke, Lexmark executive vice president and president of its Printing Solutions and Services Division. "We are pleased to receive this recognition from CRN for our unique strengths in the channel."

Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) provides businesses and consumers in more than 150 countries with a broad range of printing and imaging products, solutions and services that help them to be more productive. In 2006, Lexmark reported $5.1 billion in revenue.
